🔄 Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders If you receive the wrong item, or if your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please send us a photo of the parcel via WhatsApp, Facebook, or email. We’ll promptly dispatch a replacement, which should reach you within 6–7 working days. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method.

Unhappy with the Product? If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality of the honey, you may return it within 2–3 days of receiving your order. Please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Lost or Returned Parcels If your parcel is lost in transit or returned due to a logistics issue, we’ll send a replacement within 1 day of the status update on the tracking website. Delivery should take about a week. Refunds, if requested, will follow the same process.

Return Shipping Costs If you choose to return a product for reasons other than damage or error, the return postage will be your responsibility.
